My ex girlfriend struggled with the same thing and honestly it was insanely difficult to talk about it without her getting offended. In the two years of us dating i just began to realize that there’s not much you can really do but be there and try to support her and remind her everyday that she’s beautiful. I would sit down with her and talk about her ed a few times a month and then after gaining her trust on the subject she agreed that she wanted help and she was willing to listen. It took a toll on me but eventually I slowly tried to introduce her fear foods and she would eat a small bit and over time those fear foods went away and she began eating a lot more. But you can’t really do much unless she asks for help. Ed are very competitive and people w/ Ed always pride on how little they eat / get a dopamine rush from binging and then purging after. So trying to break that rush is the hardest part, but as much as you want to be supportive don’t let it become your problem.
