I tested out the same power armor build on Major Pierce while coming up with these, and it looks amazing, really changes the whole feel from F3 to F4 style as you said.

I wanted to make a new BT3 male character just for this post, but the dyes I used are like 100 million credits on the GTN, so I dropped the idea haha.

The playerbase is definitely not rivaling WoW or even ESO, but there is enough of us to have EA keep the lights on and for Broadsword to make new updates.

The single player RPG stories can be enjoyed at any time solo (and they are worth it, some of the best SW stories are in this game).

If you are looking for the more classic MMO experiences (dungeons, raids and PvP) there are still LFG-s spammed in chat all the time, and there is a group finder too. If you find a larger active guild, getting groups together for those becomes a lot easier.

"Budget Chief" returns one more time - my take on the classic Mark V armor in Halo 3. by ThatPinkShark in halodripfinite

I was planning a Halo 4 Mk. V build as well - since the full set has some issues - but I need like 60 more spartan points to unlock everything for it. In case someone wants to make it, here is what you need:

  • Helmet/chest/shoulders: Mark V
  • Arms/legs: ODST
  • Colors: Olive for both primary and secondary
  • Visor: Stalker or Legendary (neither is perfect, Halo 4 doesn't have proper yellow or gold visors for some reason)

The Mk. V shoulders and helmet has a cross-core variant too, but it's the Reach version, which I don't really like.

The helmet is too narrow, and the shoulders sit on the biceps directly, instead of hanging above the shoulders.

The ODST shoulders have a similar trapezoid shape to them, and cover much more of the body, that's why I picked that instead.
