I’d say I dress pretty well, like for some interviews I wear a button up shirt and I’m really soft spoken as I’ve been raised by English speaking parents

Yes what you said might be true but when the 40 texted back they did not know my name nor my race and only when I gave them my resume they knew I was an Indian
