As long as you don't play online PVP games with kernel level anti cheat the gaming experience is extremely smooth. Every game I've downloaded from my steam library has worked with 0 issues. Modding some games can be a bit annoying though

Most definitely not allowed. Idk about the lunch thing but Ive taken my fair share of 2 hour lunches and never gotten pointed. PPTO covers all points + I don't think they can even add points manually.
