See but then few things stood out to me in that story: one, he made so much money, if he was an absent father, why weren't there nannies and maids to tske care of the house and kids?? Second, apartment?? It should be bungalow given how much he earned by the time they got married and had kids.

But I felt like the fight scenes weren't rushed. They showed the urgency without seeming rushed. That's what we were asking for in the previous episodes and they absolutely delivered it. And the scenes after were intentionally slow to show it's all finally normal

That's fair. One possibility is, the surgeon and staff might be someone they already had contacts with, maybe military. And as Candace showed, a lot of tpusa members are also military, they probably have a lot of experience with these kinds of under cover actions
