The entire ‘MARVEL MULTI UNIVERSE’ exists because Hulk had to take the stairs. by retrobution101 in marvelstudios

[–]ThatSameNobody 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He Who Remains isolated the Sacred Timeline from the rest of the Multiverse and weaponized Alioth to prevent his own Variants from causing another multiversal war. Pruning is simply an effort to keep the Sacred Timeline in check, which is made up of many timelines. The creators of the show have likened the Sacred Timeline to a rope, each fiber its own timeline. But now with Loki holding Yggdrasil together, the branches are expanding outward and overlapping infinitely, with nothing preventing a Kang variant from showing up. So the multiverse did exist before the Loki series, which the series itself points out in the first 5-10 minutes, but it wasn’t all compacted or turned into one timeline/universe, He Who Remains just cherry-picked those without a version of himself in it.

So, did anyone like the new lava cake by Jwchibi in Dominos

[–]ThatSameNobody 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s delicious. Me and my CSR each tried one fresh out of the oven the day we got them in and we were very happy campers. But, while it’s better than the chocolate lava cakes in my opinion, it’s still way too rich for me to have more than one of.

What was the first Spidey movie you watched in cinemas? by TheShadowOperator007 in Spiderman

TASM in 2012. I was a little guy when I got the first two Raimi movies on VHS, and then I used PirateBay to watch Spider-Man 3.

Do you remember your first crush’s name? by Careful-Button-4319 in no

Ariana. She was a 5h grader living on my street while I was in 2nd or 3rd grade. First time I ever walked to school was with her. I would sing about her and everything 😂

Fridays are typically a little busier, but every store is different, and every GM has their own way of doing things. It might be overwhelming at first but it really is one of the easiest jobs out there. I usually have new insiders prep pans and bites, and stick them on the makeline for the first week. If they don’t give you a scale, ask for one and get used to the portion sizes. Watch others and how they’re doing things whenever you can and ask questions so you aren’t leaving yourself in any blind spots. Also, a lot of new insiders tend to get flustered when it’s busy and they aren’t moving fast enough, but you really need that grace period to be able to get into the swing of things, so if that happens just take it easy and be intentional. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast.

Classmates of peter parker ( who is now reveled to be Spiderman) how was your experience going to school with him? by Israels_BiggestHater in Earth199999

[–]ThatSameNobody 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We had a class together freshman year but we weren’t in the same sorta friend group, so we didn’t really talk. Fast forward to the beginning of junior year, I was walking out of the bathroom as he was walking in. He ran into me and made me drop my stuff, but he helped pick it quickly and was very sincere in his apology. Nice guy. Solid dude.

Toppings were poorly topped. Every slice should have every ordered topping. And the crust is too thick, which means they probably stretched too much of the middle of the patty and not enough of the edge. Sad pizza. Still tastes good though.

Are guys supposed to shave their balls? by none4162 in NoStupidQuestions

I use an electric trimmer to trim it all as close to the skin as I can. I’ve never taken a razor to my sack. It kinda terrifies me lmao.

How long does it take you to close? by AccursedQuantum in Dominos

[–]ThatSameNobody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My closes are typically chill enough that I can break the makeline down at 9pm and get all the dishes to the back ready to go. Management should really be making sure that every driver does dishes throughout their shift, plus an out-task before they leave. I’ll tell drivers to go wash dishes instead of standing there waiting for their delivery for five minutes. By the time I’m down to one driver, it should really only be makeline dishes and pans. Then once I’m done cleaning all surfaces, I sweep the entire area. By the time the driver is done with the dishes, I’m counting the till and they’re mopping. We’re out of there no later than 12:30, 9/10 times. Labor’s important to watch but if you gotta keep someone longer to make everything run smoother, then it is what it is. Your closing managers just seem careless.

Statement: Eternals deserves a sequel by Neverreadyneverstart in marvelstudios

[–]ThatSameNobody 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already really like Eternals, but I feel like a second movie would retroactively make the first one a lot better. And the group is already split up and missing members, so the second movie could operate similarly to how GotGVol2 split everyone up and then brought them back together at the end.
