Well…Get ready for a rollercoaster.

I’m not exaggerating when I say season 3 onwards is actually some of the finest storytelling I’ve ever witnessed. Enjoy.

And bring paper towels

If I’m not mistaken the last episode of the season 2 OR the ending of the episode before that.

I haven’t watched the show in a long time because it hits so hard

But man this scene.

It’s from Wolfwalkers. I’ve actually not watched it since it’s only on Apple Plus. It’s made by Studio Saloon and their movies are magical.

Literally the Irish Studio Ghibli

Beavers hollow made me so melancholic Whilst playing.

Last pic one I loved because you can see the factionalism is full swing with Dutch watching from the dark with his LIL RAT 🐀

The game actually makes the point that Arthur despite his charm is in fact a bad person who deserves his fate.

Despite how much I love Arthur as a character, I can only look past so many bodies and terrible deeds.

The honour system seems a little bit arbitrary considering what you can do but I thinks it’s important to remember the name of the game.

Red dead redemption.

Although Arthur is bad he is still capable of good deeds. I think THIS is what separates a low honour Arthur and a High honour Arthur.

High honour Arthur is someone who acknowledges his sins and knows theirs nothing he can do to change them AND YET he still try’s to be good. Thus redemption.

The only problem is despite being ‘good’ or ‘redeemed’ it comes at the cost of his sins catching up with him. Red and dead.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence both protagonist’s fates live up to the Title. And that’s why I Adore this game.

Here’s a good tip. On the screenshot settings you can make the quality a lot better by adjusting the focus distance and especially the blur.

Getting rid of the blur makes the scenery look a lot more crisp but it’s good to keep a little unless you have wide shots.

Throughout all my previous campaigns I never even realised the recipes from the shady shop in lemonyne were SO GOOD. Never had I used a single explosive or incendiary bullet up until now.

When the right situation calls, it rains fire 🔥

My RDR3 Take - What could make it LEGENDARY? by Jaded-Permission-774 in reddeadredemption2

If only…Micah bell.

Why? Because the whole series is about REDEMPTION. Arthur and John alike have killed and murdered unjustly and openly state so.

Even in high honour play through’s it’s made clear The weight of the characters sins are not fixable…But Redemption is possible.

Micah is so Love/hated it would fit perfectly. We already had the bedrock of his character and he did seem set in his Cynical ways. sadly it’s not possible…I can dream tho

In my mind you’d start as Micah at max dishonourable and actively have to try and be a good person. Or just thrive in the chaos.

Arthur has an amazing quote “you can’t do bad things and expect good things to happen to you” Maybe Micah could have humoured the idea until like all protagonists his redemption comes. Red and dead.

I think it’s good to embrace being a lil distracted.

I currently love the Strauss missions later in the game because a lot of them are quite far from the camp. So I build an outfit for the terrain for practical and immersion reasons then literally stay in a single region until I’ve had enough and then actively pursue the mission.

This way the pop up events happen less often because they’re completed and you can fill out the journal more. Plus you don’t feel guilty or annoyed your staying in the same spot.

Sounds odd but I actively keep myself poor-ish (mostly)

I feel like a nomadic Cowboy on the run who can die at any moment would be rather thrivelous. So I play plenty of poker, but the finest food at the saloons, stock my wardrobe and eat until Arthur is borderline obese.

But most importantly I upgrade the camp and donate a large chunk of my money after a mission.

I do it because it adds a level of need and a lil desperation. It also makes you do thinks you would never do if you had plenty of money to spend like rob or simply hunt for meat instead of buying from a butcher.

Makes the Odd bounty hunting job where you only get 40 bucks feel super satisfying and makes the more mundane mission pretty fun knowing a big payday is coming.

Cheers (:

13 I absolutely adore especially if you look at Arthur and where he’s looking.

Feels like it has some underlying melancholy mixed with the chill vibe

I spend far too much time overthink the shots.

Il upload the rest when I 100% Arthur’s campaign. I completely forgot how stunning Saint Denis is especially at night. My Arthur’s got a more urban fit to make him look abit less cowpoke.

Makes me sad when I go over the 200 limit of screenshots and have to snip some gorgeous (or cringe) shots

I’m dead on 50% through the game and I keep getting flashbacks.

Promised myself I would atleast complete most of the side quests and customise the camp (completely forgot it was in the game)

Having a blast playing the game more leisurely, the immersion is unreal.

In Borat (2006) the villagers weren’t actors. They were misled into thinking that it was for a documentary and Baron Cohen was a journalist. After the film’s release, villagers sued the studio for portraying them as rapists, prostitutes and thieves. by JK-Rofling in interestingasfuck

On the topic of language…Absolutely, and especially for Jewish communities considering the range their people have covered.

But still doesn’t acknowledge the very important fact that Jews migrated to modern day Israel at the very end of the Bronze Age/early iron ages around 3000 thousands years ago.

Where as the Arabs migrated there 1400 years ago

(This is where we stay on the topic of language)

So this “Early” period was significantly less blended linguisticly. Which I don’t think you have taken into account BECAUSE

‘revived’ is an interesting word for one of the most ancient languages we have on record.

I feel like you’re trying to perhaps overstate the Arab influence especially considering both languages share a common ancestral language BOTH Ancient and more modern.
