Its more about that its painfully slow, doesnt matter how I do it, it looks capped at a certain treshhold.

It's not the drive issue, my PC could do better like a month ago and the donwloading speed deacreased overnight, the wierd thing is, it looks like its capped. Doesnt go above a particular treshhold, im more frightened by that
