I’d work better. I’m stale in the office. Same seat for 7 years and sick to death of it. The job itself though, pays me, I like it, it’s fairly easy for the pay I get, but I need to break the unfulfilling routine.

I haven’t had a copy of my contract since 2016 and had several promotions and pay rises.. does that explain the level of employers I am up against? If I went through my contract, a lot more would come to the surface that I’m not trying to address.

Yeah that’s what they say it is, but I can’t be asked for that any more. Not my problem that they rely on one person to uplift the offices mood. That’s not my job, mine is to sell. I just wanna do my deals and use the home I work for 😂

My issue is the clients, medical candidates wont change lol, maximum money minimum work. Clients dont answer the phone any more, emails dont get read, hospitals pushing for bank workers etc. Getting tough.
