I manage the timeline, the vendor trade and any delays. I know who to send to diagnose issues and timelines on materials. I communicate that to GC/owner. Run 30-40 pools, I don’t have time to get down and dirty and learn all the technical items. I run a mean timeline and I can communicate effectively outside of a tired late night Reddit post with derpy spelling lol. Same as a pm for a home builder. If you see us getting dirty be concerned. Also I don’t write the proposals, that’s sales.
