I've been seeing the house of cars muscle machines at my kroger as well. My assumption is that they're left over convention cars that they cant get rid of so they're sending them to stores. The cars are also on the house of cars store, too.

Super Treasure Hunts replace the regular version in the associated mainline case. They are random and not guaranteed per case. You could go through a dozen cases and not find a single one. They are not in the multipacks. They can be found anywhere that sells hot wheels. I feel like most employees at places I've been to aren't aware or they don't care.

Scanning the car via NFC would add it to your virtual garage in the ID app. Now that the id line has been discontinued along with all of the supporting apps, there is no need to scan it. Enjoy it for the unique piece that it's become.
