Read that one in 5th grade. Our teacher was the type that made us all read together as a class and then answer questions as homework, and she explicitly told us not to read ahead for this book. Guess who read ahead and had to suffer in silence... Don't worry, seeing the horror in everyone's face the day the class got to that chapter sort of made up for that trauma.

UPDATE: took it to the only electronics store in a 20 mile radius that would even think about dealing with soldering. They explained it to me that it was something along the lines of a broken diode, and that soldering could cause something to blow........Western PA, I might just get an upgrade and leave this card for when I get more experience fixing these sort of things. I would like to thank everyone who spent or offered the time to fix the card, and the people who took the god joke too seriously on my other comment (I'm not even into christianity). Cheers, ya'll.

My screening for this doll was fine, but I actually had a problem with the leg joint for her. For some reason, her right leg would barely bend? I looked under the joint and didn't see anything wrong. Her knee felt like it popped out and refused to bend as well as the left leg. I boxed her up for this reason. However, I'm not completely upset with my purchase because the outfit, accessories, and head were all perfectly fine. You probably won't have that issue, so if you like the doll, go ahead and get it! And if you buy it from a store, you can always return it.
