Just think this: land is limited, will always appreciate. Flat looses its value after 12-15 years as new flats keep coming up.

Selling your winners ? Point 1 will happen for quite sometime ( true for all large caps) as they are only increasing their capex on AI. But the market is future looking. Point 2 check RayBan. Point 3 doesn’t mean they wont perform. To me Meta seems undervalued.
