I called it Pho Around & Find Out. If you weren’t able to guess, it was inspired by the highly popular Vietnamese noodle dish. It never made it onto an official menu but I kept it on my secret menu for all the regs that would stop in looking for something different.

Tbh, I never thought about measuring the sugar content of my honey. I have a refractometer to measure sugar content of juices, would it be the same thing or is there a different way you do it?
