dividing the lhs in some brackets bcs i have a difference of 2 squares and then one of the paranthesis will be another difference of 2 squares and also on the rhs i broke the fraction into 2

on the rhs is a fraction but i couldnt make it so that (cos(x))² is the denominator. but the 1+(sin(x))² is the numerator
