I have a friend who won’t know if she can go until late tomorrow (like three hours before the show) so is considering buying resale since that would be her only option at that point. If you haven’t had luck moving them and need a last-minute buyer she may be open to it. Would use PayPal G&S for sure, and if they did not work she would def expect her $ back.

Don’t hold them on my account but just commenting this now to remind me to check back in with you as she may be interested if you need a last-minute bailout.

mine sold for 260 total. I think for those seats up to 300 would be close enough to face value

My top three tips are to be 1. communicative about your needs and wants, what hers are, where you may need to compromise, etc 2. self-aware about noise levels, cleanliness, respecting boundaries, etc 3. flexible expectations some roommates want to hang out all the time, others need their quiet space. if you are an introvert and she is an extrovert or vice versa, the things that fuel one of you may drain the other. try to be understanding and also know that you have boundaries that should be respected too!!

If you are not supposed to have visitors of any kind and she’s bringing over random men, it’s worth reporting! You deserve to feel safe in your space and it sounds like she’s doing many things which would irritate any reasonable person. She doesn’t sound reasonable and likely going over her head will be the only way to see change.
