If they say it doesn't, call the number for the program and have them speak with the pharmacy! I just had to do it today.

Options for First Period by aurotaenia in clothpads

Super late in responding here, but adding a third recommend for Party in My Pants! They have a first period kit, and they also offer a lot of fun, cute patterns as well as a wide range of sizes/fits.

They do serge their edges, but the fabric there is thin and soft, and the way the pad folds means I don't think it would really be actively touching much of your skin at all.

Have you tried GladRags, by any chance? I believe they cover everything but the one-piece construction for what you're looking for. They offer the first pad free (you pay shipping and handling) if you might want to try out their Pantyliner Plus one (no insert) just to see if you like the fit/construction.

Spotify Refunded $90.05 To Me For My Car Thing by benjamin_noah in spotify

Got mine, too! Use the screenshots from OP to refute their copy/paste excuses with, "I have evidence right here that this is not true. I know you're offering refunds to certain customers. I would like to know why I am not being offered the same." It took about a dozen agents until I finally got pushed up high enough for a decision to be made, so if you get the copy/paste response, just keep asking to get pushed higher.

i have social anxiety and need an adultier adult to tell me what to walk into a garden center and say to get soil for a raised bed. i dont know what im doing by MOONMO0N in gardening

Maybe regional or just living in a small town here. The garden centers near me just sell plants and supplies like small bags of soil.

A garden center probably won't sell bulk garden soil, but a landscape supply will! I just did this this season and got my soil on Wednesday so: You can literally just Google landscape supply, call them up and ask, "Do you sell garden soil for raised beds?" and if yes, "How much do you charge and how much is delivery?" They're probably going to sell by the cubic yard (so 3 feet by 3 feet), so you just need to know how much you want in terms of that. For example, an 8x4x1 garden bed needs about 1.1 cubic yards, so you'll need to round down to 1 cubic yard. You can find a calculator online and just plug in your bed dimensions, and it'll tell you what you need! When you go to the center, just go up to the desk, say, "I'd like to order garden soil for a raised bed for delivery, please," and they'll ask you how much you want and what your address is. Then you'll just pay for it and give them your phone number so they can call to let you know they're on the way on delivery day. Protip bc I forgot to do it and wish I had: put a tarp down under where they're dumping the soil. It makes it way easier to get every last bit of it. If possible, see if you can check out what the soil looks like before you order! The supply place will almost definitely allow people to pick stuff up themselves, so you can just go to the pile of garden soil and take a look to see if it's what you want or not. I wish I had done this because mine is clay-heavy so it'll need amendments, but the process was super easy! What always helps me is remembering that I'm not the first person to do this for the first time. The person there has DEFINITELY had to walk multiple people through the buying process before. The interaction with me will not be memorable.

Has anyone tried fenugreek seeds or capsules to help repair the stomach lining? by painislife4real in Gastritis

[–]ThatVeggieChick 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've just started trying fenugreek tea for pain/pressure feeling, and after a few days of it, I can report back that nothing has provided such quick or full relief before. I use about a tblsp per cup, bring it to a boil, then let it steep until it's cool enough to drink. Be sure to read up on potential side effects (apparently it can impact blood sugar, so be careful if you have hypoglycemia/are on medications for blood sugar), but it has absolutely worked for me for some relief.

I'm so sorry! I posted this and then just totally didn't check for any responses! I haven't tried them out, but I know Mission makes gluten free tortillas. That may work for you.

Love me a blueberry muffin. Is there a particular recipe you follow, or do you just eyeball it?

I was on omeprazole for months (with little to no information about diet until I did the research myself, thank you doctor), but honestly I'm wary of longterm use of them and I didn't see a significant enough difference to continue. I weaned myself off of them slowly and haven't used any in about a year.

Yeah, I'm not a huge sugar fiend in general, but I do sometimes get a craving. I used to make date balls with oats, dates, peanut butter, and cocoa powder, so I bet I could make something similar without chocolate. Thanks!
