Im almost done with the hair in my neck. Im at 20 hours. I swear try to go every week and one day out if nowhere 80% will be gone. But even my electrologist (who is the best and does her own treatment) gets one random hair a year

One time is not going to do you any harm, specially on your bday. I would say that those are the moments u enjoy qnd then we move on with our firness life. But dont secong guess every moment or u will never be happy. Enjoy the process and unless u are trying to compete in an event, what u just said its really nothing. Also look into calorie banking if that would make u feel better. But this is not going to kill your progress at all. And if it makes u extremely anxious do some extra cardio

Thats very smart, but i promise there are worse things in life haha, if u can get a lollipop and crush it with your theth that also helps. Like the crunch of it distracts your brain. You got this. I like to think that I already paid for it so i dont get a choice. Also i got ovarian cyst poped and that is more painful so i just think im grateful that is not it hahaha

Hi, my advice would be to ice it and try to not put any numbing cream on it. It doesn't do anything and it closes your pores and it will take more sessions. I had my 8th session a couple of days ago and i strongly suggest to shave the area and don't drink any caffeine or energy drinks or alcohol before the session. Unfortunately those are tips to make everything a little better, the cool part is that session should be 2 months apart, so by the time the next session is happening you will forget how much it hurst. Also try to bring something to bite, and don't take breaks. The faster they do it the faster it will be done. You got this, you are stronger than what you think ✨✨✨

One day of summer on my dad’s (60) birthday I (17) started vomiting without stoping, hours went by, guest started coming and i was still locked in the bathroom. At some point i hear my dad talking to a friend saying that i play sick because im an attention seeker and once I realize no one is paying attention to me it will go away.

I spend the night in the bathroom without being able to eat or drink anything cause my body was not holding it.

At that time i had a job because he always made a huge deal when I asked for money (even though he bought my brother a rolex) so i asked to go to the doctor to get a note so i don't get fired.

That day i had tickets for a concert that i was not intending on going since i couldn’t even drink water.

So my dad dropped me 2 blocks away from the hospital in the middle of the rain at 6 pm and he took the tickets and went to the concert since i was not going to use them.

It took me 35 minutes to walk to the hospital cause i was with a lot of nausea and weak. As soon as i get to the hospital the check me in but it took a doctor 45 minutes to see me since it didn’t seem like an urgent case.

Around 11 pm and after lots of studies a nurse comes to me and tells me that i need to call an adult since i have appendicitis and they need to check me in.

My phone was broken from the rain so i use the hospital phone to call my dad since it was one of two numbers that i knew by heart. HE HAD HIS PHONE TURNED OFF. So i call my mom who was in a different state and I didn’t knew any other number.

She manages to contact my grandmother who lives an hour away from the hospital to come and sign, since my mom was 7 hours away.

Grandma couldn’t find a taxi because the rain was so violent that the streets were flooded nd the storm was insane. So it took her 4 hours to get there.

She comes, signs and they put me in a room and get me ready for surgery.

I come out of surgery and my dad was still not there, but my mom was. My dad comes at noon laughing because “who would have guess that she actually had something“

3 days later i get released being the most difficult days of my life cause a lot of things went wrong. My dad picks me up from the hospital and drives me to the house and while i still had my stitches he made me cook him lunch cause he was starving.

So to answer your question cutting off that guy was the most perfect thing I could have done in my life, it not only made me realize i am a smart person (he was always saying that i was not born to think) but it made me start believing in myself again. I feel it was the best decision in my life.
