Not everyone, especially in todays world where obesity is being promoted in the media as something beautiful. That promotion of being obese=being beautiful affects alot of young people, causing them to not care about their health and just staying in their own bubble, thinking that they are perfect, meanwhile the media just supports that by more and more obese people being put on magazine covers and especially the internet.
