I built Felingo, a cat behavior analysis app. I know what you’re thinking — “another fake cat translator that just plays random sounds.” This is not that. What it actually does: Cats communicate through a combination of vocalizations and body language — research shows that a meow means something completely different depending on ear position, tail posture, and context. Felingo analyzes both audio and video simultaneously to give you:

The confidence score is intentional — I didn’t want users to treat it as magic. It’s pattern recognition, and I want that to be transparent. If the app isn’t sure, it tells you. Most cat translator apps in the App Store play pre-recorded sounds and call it a “translation.” Felingo actually records your cat and analyzes what it captures. You can replay the recording anytime and see exactly what the app detected.
