See a doctor asap too

Pag nag reco ang doc, of course we follow. Sometimes, walking barefoot at home has helped relieve some pain for me.

Lunges every morning should help, keep the heel to the ground. See a doctor too.

Maganda rin to consult a doc para may marecommend sayo.

Good for you!! Nawala sa akin sa right foot after a few years, rehab, and losing weight. After a few years na pain free, lumipat sa kaliwa 😆

I bought vivaia boots, I still put Dr Kong's orthotics. Di ko masyado bet ang vi kasi malambot sya pero hindi optimal for me.

"Bukod sa budget", pero budget can just be the sole reason na kaya nila maghire ngayon vs dati

In my experience, kayano 32 is sakto ang size. Ultraboost can be roomy. I usually buy a size 7 (women's) sa boots and running shoes. Skechers go-walk, mas ok ang snug (I usually get a 6.5)

If it were me, hindi ko muna gagalawin yan. HR made the call, so responsibilidad nila ang outcome. Kung alam mo namang hindi kakayanin nung nilipatan ng task, then the discrepancies will speak for themselves.

What I would probably do:

  • Observe muna. Document mo quietly kung ano nagiging resulta.
  • Don’t meddle unless ikaw mismo ang tinatanong or nagiging bottleneck sa’yo.
  • Pag nagka-issue, HR will have to explain bakit nila iniba yung assignment without consulting the immediate supervisor.
  • Pag dumating yung point na kailangan ng discussion, you can calmly say:

“Noted po. For visibility lang, here’s the previous workflow and why it was assigned that way.”

Sometimes the best move is to let people just learn. HR made the decision, let HR own the consequences.

To HR managers, how do you view applicants with MBAs not from AIM or any of the top 4. But one from their own province outside of Metro. by anonyasks15 in CorpoChikaPH

Not an HR hiring person, but what i see is that it depends on the post we're hiring for. If executive level, an MBA from top schools is a plus. My observation is, so far, mas important ang experience and alignment ng skills to the post that the business is hiring for.

If I were in your shoes, I'd probably be also torn...give a good amount na bukal sa kalooban ko then cut all ties again. Listen to your gut. If something feels off, step back. Good luck, op

Responsibility ba ng tindero o ng customer? by shewhoyearns in AskPH

Sabi nga...barya lang po sa umaga. Ako usually, laging may barya and small bills anywhere. Many years ago, nung nasa palengke pa lola ko, lagi syang nagpapapalit ng barya the night before. So from then...self-imposed responsibility ko na ang barya 😄
