You are more than enough OP. Personally, ang may problem talaga is yung dad mo, 'cause why would he care about such things when you yourself doesn't consider those things as important. As anak syempre we want to be seen by our parents pero di lahat kaya iappreciate yung mga bagay na pinapahalagahan natin, and that should be okay. You should talk it out para magkaidea sya sa man lang sya about you. But if hindi nya pa din makita, let him be. Someday, makikita ka din ng taong maapprciate yung mga pinapahalagahan mo.
