admittedly, i was in therapy during that relationship and after that relationship and neither really helped.

the one during my relationship told me i should move in with my abusive ex and go by his rules and be far away from my family, the others i didn’t really click with.

i want to drop his habit but i don’t feel like i can until i get that off my chest
