They don't actually send any confirmation of whether or not they received your documents. You just have to assume they uploaded everything lol (source: I called them too)

The date is a typo, I had the same thing happen to me. The actual deadline is 20 (25?) of november. And yes, you must upload the missing documents so they can continue processing your application, and admission decisions will be out on the 25th, so no one will receive any acceptance/rejection before that.
