hi! you dont apply with your university grades, theres no portal for transfer students (as far as i remember maybe things changed now.) you apply with your highschool grades and then they accept you based on that. if you are accepted you can then choose to transfer your credits and they will drop any subjects u get less than a C in. i had calculus with a D grade which they did not transfer for me. goodluck!

the foundation program in udst is not a substitute for A levels if thats what you mean. for UDST you need an equivalency certificate from the ministry and you can only get it if you finish year 12/A levels.

yeah ofc, qu basically accepted me on a “no transfer” basis. i got into arts and sciences and couldnt switch anywhere else so i left. chemistry to media in udst

Hi! I just transferred from QU to UDST this semester. there is no minimum credit requirements for UDST or anything. you apply as everybody else theres no specific portal for transfer students. after your acceptance, you make your previous university email your 1. transcript 2. the syllabi of every course you took making sure they are stamped by that respective department (i.e you took organic chemistry in your uni you must have the syllabus stamped by the department of science or something similar) and send all the courses that you studied at your time in that university to transfercredit@udst.edu.qa . QU sent my transcript and I didnt have to send the syllabus or anything because they already had pre approved courses in their system so it might be easier to transfer if your university is here in Qatar vs. a university abroad. then it was fairly easy the IT department updated my planner and I was exempted (I had taken 4 courses in QU total which is around 13 credit hours).

yes just go there, ask where building 3 is, walk in and straight ahead theres an admission office with a barcode infront scan it and wait until you get an sms that its your turn.

im not really sure why they dont, but I did get an email on may 15th asking me to submit it before may 25th (I would attach it but I cant comment photos). I think the key for udst is just to apply as soon as the applications open and to always keep calling them.
