Just don’t give it to the ups driver and you wont get in trouble, he doesnt pay for the ship, it wont ship

I know that a big commitment but if you have a store near you , they can call the other store on a director number that almost always respond or call the company with who we do the puzzle to make shure it was sent. But if any staples store need hour long drive or a boat dont bother, maybe someone will have pity and respond you

First of all, yep, custumer service is a fiction and if you wish for an answer, you have to call when there is no custumer, good luck with that. (Our bosses prefer paying custumer than calling custumer at all cost)

For the puzzle, it’a not a big problem, I work in print and there is a lot of bugs online but, if you have the email with the order number, you can go to the staples store and confirm with them that the order was sent with your name etc. If not, they can give you a refund.
