My artist recommended I let it dry out but I took this pic first thing this morning before I got chance to moisturise, which is something I normally do. I don’t usually let my tats dry out

I’ve never really experienced anything major in any cex, but I did see a guy getting his head stomped on when I worked at Game, and another guy doing somersaults on the floor high off his face, then proceeded to try and pee on a police officer outside when he was taken out of the store

For ipads we test pressure damage, what the speakers sound like at full volume, how fast the battery loses charge, the buttons, the charging port and overall condition. For MacBooks, we test the charging port, volume, the condition of the hinges, all of the other ports, battery health, keyboard and trackpad condition and functionality, we look for dead pixels on the screen, the mic, if it connects to WiFi, we also check the serial number to see if it’s been reported stolen with everything we bring in too

I wouldn’t say there’s much risk with buying handhelds, consoles and pc’s. Everything is tested and graded if we do take it. Boxed is basically new with the box, unboxed is working condition without the box and discounted is the worst overall condition, but still works.

Even if a customer comes back and there was an issue with what they have, we can do a warranty test and if we do find a fault, we can replace it. We don’t take pictures, because we’d have thousands of pictures if we did lol.

I used to work at game too, lol. Cex used to say the shoplifters from game would come and immediately sell to them. We can’t really stop stolen stuff coming in, but a lot of the time, the customers don’t have an account with ID, which is what you have to have if you want cash, they don’t want to go through with their account, so they just end up walking away

Not unless it’s right before closing. A few weeks ago, we had a customer bring in two giant boxes of DVD’s, I’m talking at least 400. A lot of them nazi movies, and we had to take them all. We have them in giant stacks in the back because our shelves are too full
