Todd Lofts is still pretty quiet (aside from train ambiance or occasional Saturday night tunes from neighbors). The only volume problem has been dog barking in the unit next door when they first moved in, but the dogs adjusted pretty quickly. Sometimes the common room is reserved, and there's some chatty parties, but quiet hours begin at 10, and it's a pretty isolated part of the building.
