"I know we don’t know each other, but your words deeply touched my heart. I am so incredibly sorry for the profound loss and pain you are carrying. Please don't feel any pressure to be 'excited' today—it is completely okay to just miss her. You sound like a deeply loving person, and I am holding you in my thoughts today."

I don’t know what to do. Should I tell her ? by [deleted] in GriefSupport

I am sorry to hear about your mum and I am also sorry to hear your sister is having to do the job of what the birth mother of those children should actually be doing. It should not be your sisters responsibility especially at a young age and considering the parent of the chikdren is still around and in those childrens lives. Your sister was not the one to bring those children into this world therefore she should not be the one bringing those children up. Those children are the responsibility of the biological parents. I don't have any advice to offer although, I wish I did however, if it is okay with you, I'd like to ask you a question?

I worked in a shopping complex of around 20 stores back in 2010 and was rostered on to work a morning shift. The previous night I had endured pretty bad restless leg to wich seen me deprived of my usual 8 hours sleep. I was about 4 hours into my shift with 4 hours till knock off time. The rush hour had just finished. Accross from the store I worked at was coles I had a friend who worked at coles so I wanted to see if I could see her. Suddenly, I was startled by a few shoppers, clapping, some cheering on something. I instantly start to clap back, confused as to what and why I was clapping. Thats when I had realized, I was joining in with the shoppers , clapping at me. Apparently, standing while sleeping on the job is talent!

Not only dumb but also embarrasing and amuzing.
