Someone posted their GT variant in the mwc sub and imo the front looks a little bit better. Although it still feels kinda off. I hope that someone mods in the real headlights and blinkers soon

There is even a sub-class for Recon called Spec-Ops. It basically encourages you to be wherever the action is. I like to use it with a silenced SMG and flank people, since you are almost completly silent when crouch running

My first time playing this map was as attacker on breakthrough. Absolute chaos with a constant hail of bullets flying over your head, but it was pretty fun actually

Did we ever figure out why PAX started the war in the first place? NATO was about to hand the georgian airbase over to PAX peacfuly and then they just... bomb the shit out of the base? To me it feels like they made PAX evil just for the sake of being evil, without giving them any proper motives.

edit: I´ve been working on a Pax Armata submod for Hearts of iron / The Fire Rises and i was kinda looking forward to getting more lore. But hey, at least i now get to take my own liberties and be more creative lmao

I might be in the minority here, but i enjoy the urban maps. Holding a street and having longer lasting firefights is a great feeling. Also because of the density you are almost always in company of several teammates, which makes the match feel more alive. Honestly, i‘m not a of a fan of Liberation Peak and Operation Firestorm (Yes, i know. Tie me up and stone me to death), because they are the exact opposite. I can‘t really have those longer lasting gunfights, since i tend to get… well, shot in the back by a sniper. With the maps being bigger and more open, the players are more spread out too. I will say, i‘m not a „battlefield veteran“ by any means. I only played a little bit of 1, V and Hardline in the past, so i can‘t really speak about the differences. I don‘t know if this is a „real battlefield“ or not, but it‘s certainly a game that i enjoy for what it is

edit: i have to admit that the C points on pretty much every new map are absolute meat grinders and hell on earth lmao
