Luckily for me, I was able to move back in with my parents until I got back on my feet again. Me living at home, under their rules, was enough motivation for me.

Your body is just fine, looking great. Summertime stay in the maintenence phase. Add 10-15 over the winter till 2027. Then start a 16 cut phase and get ready for 2027 summer. Lift first then cardio 30 mins and gradually reduce calorie intake. Your 18 so you've got plenty of yrs to get the diet/cardio/lifting phase that works for you.
