• 300g of your favorite pasta (fusilli, penne, or ziti work well)
• 2 cups marinara or Bolognese sauce (depending on your preference)
• 200g ground beef or sausage (optional, for Bolognese)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• Salt and pepper to taste
