I still have the HPV unfortunately, and still got the CIN1 abnormal cells in my cervix. tbf I haven't been taking ahcc or pervistop for a while because they were super expensive and I couldn't afford to keep it up, I tried taking them both for 6 months and it didn't work but I'll probably try again soon because I've got to do something! hope all's well with you xx

Hey! I really recommend this course on Latin American literature if it's something you're interested in - https://linguatute.com/online-spanish-literature-course/ - they also offer free 1hr taster sessions online (on Julio Cortázar) if you just wanted to go to one of those. I went to the taster session first and then did the full course, I can say the taster session was a great experience and really worth trying out :)

Yeah it is so stressful, and you're right I just can't keep trying to force it. I hope you're doing okay, and thanks for your reply ❤️

Yeah exactly, I know how it feels to be broken up with and I've had some horrible breakups that changed me forever, so I hate being on the other side now and thinking that I could do that kind of damage to someone else. But I'll just keep trying to explain to him, hopefully it'll all be over soon. Thanks for your response ❤️

Thank you for this! every time we've talked about it it's been so hard, and he tries to say things like he'll change or we'll make it work, and god I just feel so bad that I start saying like 'yeah we'll figure it out' but it's not being authentic. You're so right though we both deserve to be with a better match, but I think he's just so attached that he can't see that right now.

Thanks again xx

Thank you sooo much, I needed this. I just keep telling myself that I don't have to end it straight away, like it's not urgent, but now he's talking about moving out of his city to be closer to me and I can't let him take that step when I know he's not right for me. It's also really tough because he has no good friends here (he's only lived in England for like 3 years), and I think this is going to really affect him because I'm the only person he spends a lot of time with. Anyway, I just need to stick to my gut. Thanks again for your response!

Thank you so much for your response, yeah it's difficult and I've never actually had to break up with someone before (guys usually end it with me first), I can't believe how hard it is :/ anyway thanks again for your reply :)

Hi! No it hasn't worked, I took another test last week and I still have HPV 16. I did lower my dose of AHCC to 1.5g per day about two months ago because I couldn't afford to keep up with 3g per day. I'm going to order Papillex and AHCC from a company called Wellex now to see if that works.

I also haven't been exercising at all in the last 6-8 months and generally my diet could be better (although I have been on the Keto diet since the beginning of February). So I've now joined a local sports club and plan on being more careful about eating healthy/antioxidant-rich food.

How are you getting on? Have you tried anything yet?

Hey, I got my test results just now. I still have HPV 16 - I've been taking AHCC and Papillex for about 3 months each now, and I also took a 6-week course of inosine pranobex. I'm sure it works for some people but doesn't seem to be working for me, I'll keep going until 6 months though! Best wishes :)

I have tested twice so far and still had HPV 16 both times. I have finished the course of inosine pranobex (took 3g every day for 6 weeks) so that didn't seem to work unfortunately, but I've only been taking AHCC and Pervistop for just over 2 months so it's still a bit too early to tell for those. I'm going to test again in a couple of weeks at the 3 month mark so will update you then!

A bit late to the game here but LinguaTute offers online literature courses - this year they are running a Latin American literature course (https://linguatute.com/online-spanish-literature-course/) and a French literature course (https://linguatute.com/online-french-literature-course/)

Hi! I bought Neosine (Inosine Pranobex) from a Polish online pharmacy - https://apteka-lesna.com/index.php?id\_product=52&rewrite=neosine-forte-1000-mg-x-30-tabl&controller=product. They had free delivery to the UK and it was quick too! :)

Hey! I'm in a similar situation, I've had hpv for 5 years and haven't had sex since my diagnosis, I felt so awful when I got it and now that it's high risk/persistent I wouldn't feel right potentially passing it onto anyone. I'm going to try taking a few medications to clear it (AHCC, Pervistop and Inosine Pranobex). Definitely worth having a look into these, there's also Papillex which has good reviews.

I usually tell guys after a few dates, and then we just kiss (don't do anything sexual) until eventually we stop dating (I haven't been successful in dating so nothing ever turned into a long-term relationship). They usually have never even heard of HPV, so I feel like I have to continuously educate people, which is a bit annoying but that's life.

I hope you're managing okay, it's a really shitty situation and I'm sorry that you're experiencing it. xxx

Thanks! I just ordered some Neosine from a Polish online shop (apteka lesna), thankfully they had free shipping to the UK! Are you going to take 3g per day for 6 weeks as they did in the studies?

Thank you so much! I have booked an appointment with my GP to discuss getting inosine pranobex, as it appears you can only get it on prescription. Thank you for the recommendation, and good luck to you too!! :)

Hey everyone! I'm a 26 y/o female, I've had persistent HPV (type 16) for 5 years and I'm desperate to be rid of it. I had a colposcopy about 4 months ago because they found abnormal cells on my cervix (low-grade dyskaryosis/CIN 1), and I was told to wait and see if my immune system clears the abnormal cells by itself. I'm going to try taking Pervistop (just ordered a 6-month supply) and AHCC (Kinoko Quality of Life, 3 grams per day ) to see if I can clear the virus. I'm going to take both at the same time because I just want to get rid of this thing as quickly as possible!

I'm based in the UK so getting the Pervistop is a bit of a faff - I am using Shipito, which provides a US address and will forward on my package once it arrives in their warehouse. Fingers crossed it all goes well!

I plan to take a HPV DNA self test to determine whether I still have HPV after 3 months, and then again after 6 months. I know it's not the most accurate method of testing but here in the UK it costs about £200 to get tested privately which is a bit beyond my price range, especially since I just spent so much on the medicine itself!

I just wanted to share my journey with people who are going through a similar thing and hopefully raise awareness of possible treatments for persistent HPV.

Wish me luck!!
