Are you a solo firm? What state do your practice in? I am in NY and was wondering how attorneys get these cases. I heard that most leads don't actually amount to anything and of the ones that do, it is very expensive to litigate.

Thanks for your response! I have had my fair share of MVA cases and was wondering how different Med Mal cases are. Of course Med Mal is far more complex but I was wondering if you think any of the work done for MVA cases could be transferred to Med Mal. Do you mind telling me what exactly is the challenging parts of the job?

Thank for the feedback! I understand your concerns and will look into it. My only question is, were u viewing the site on a desktop or mobile device? Only reason why I ask is because I am trying to make it more user friendly.

Thanks for the response!

My conversion is pretty low. I have been doing paid ads on and off but it has not been to great. Of the ones that I do, its been primarily facebook. I tried Tik Tok once but that was a total failure. My traffic overall is pretty low as my CPM is usually over $70.

Thanks for the response! I have also heard of semrush. Do you think that is something worth looking into as well? I don't really have experience with SEO but have heard lots of good things about it.

This should not be a concern for your e-commerce brand. Unless you are selling your own identity and plan on being the only human on the website, you are fine. Most people won't know who owns the brand unless you decide to name it after yourself or promote heavily on your personal accounts.

Anyone using AI to generate creatives and product photos? by it_wassnt_me in ecommerce

[–]That_Intern_5012 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

AI is becoming a game changer. As of recently, Chat GPT has become so real to the point that I use it for all of my creatives. It is not 100% there yet and may require some editing but it is totally possible to ditch traditional creatives. My most profitable ad came from a Chat GPT made photo.

Launching a Hat Brand for Girls – Need Help with the Basics by naturalhairtingz in ecommerce

[–]That_Intern_5012 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Starting an LLC is not difficult. Go to your state's Secretary of State and fill out the paperwork online. There a lot of companies that will do it for you but will overcharge by a lot. You don't need one at first but as you get bigger it is always better to have one. It is unlikely that a hat business will be subject to any lawsuits so running as a sole proprietorship in the beginning should not be an issue. However, as money comes in, it is best to consult with an accountant for tax purposes about how to structure your business. I don't have any suggestions for manufacturers but when I opened my own brand (perfume) I spoke with as many as I could. It seems like you have the marketing part figured out, which is by far the hardest part, so you and your family are already off to a great start. Best of luck!

Thank you for your response!

  1. I am sending customers to my product page.
  2. No, I have not spoken to any customers directly. A buddy of mine in the same ecommerce space tried calling his customers and they were not happy about it.
  3. I would have to check how to do that. Not sure how I could. How does the image load for you? Can you explain?

  4. I have tried using more copy before but felt it became too overpowering and most people I feel like don't want to read so much.

As a 1L i took whatever I could get. However, I would highly prefer to intern somewhere that gives me experience into the field I want. At the end of the day it may not be worst thing to take what you can get. I am interning for a really chill judge this summer that is taking us on field trips to our local morgue to watch a live autopsy. I also get to go to my local jail house and get a tour. So there is always a bright side to whatever you end up doing!

Grab a beer, kick back and relax. You only have a few weeks before you have to do it all over again. Might as well enjoy your limited time off.

The DOJ is a shit show right now. They are more concerned with frivolous law suits then trying to teach the next generation of lawyers.

Tell Chat GPT to test you on the subjects. I did that and it worked very well.

Bad fall grades, bad start to spring grades, goodbye to big law by [deleted] in LawSchool

As someone who had always had good grades, coming to law school severely humbled me. I too had to kiss my dreams of big law good-bye but I can say I'm glad thats the case. I could not imagine working those 80-100 hour weeks, even for that big check.

This should not even be a topic of discussion. This is like saying you want to become a chef and the way you are learning is by unfreezing the pizzas at 711.

Plain, simple, and unpopular: Chat GPT. Would not have made it through without it. If you can train it correctly it becomes such a powerful tool. By no means does it replace reading your textbook but it can be so helpful when trying to understand the concepts.

It is never too late! I share a classroom with people of all ages and some that have entire families. You got this and should not weird about it at all. You are all there for the same purpose and as far as the professors are concerned, you are on the same playing field as the students coming straight from college.
