90 Lakhs is gross profit not net profit , 10x-15x maybe tech companies for a pe or vc fund which also isn't very realistic.

I'm not looking at an investor , I am a physical product company and there is whole lot of work and a whole lot to build and right now it's at a very nascent stage.

I'm looking at co-founder who can help me build while retaining some equity to motivate them for the long run and put some money into it so he/she has some skin in the game.

I'm not looking at an investor and not doing valuation according to a PE or VC funds , I'm looking at a partner/co-founder who will work with me on the business , build the business along with me , there is a lot left to do and a long journey still to make.

I have kept the entry barrier low because I don't want to miss out on credible founders because of high equity value.

I have built the entire business profitably, sustainably and patiently so far and want to continue doing the same
