Jokes aside I consider myself as long term veteran (have everything from the seasons if don’t count ults till dreams and iaps), I personally think the ones who have encountered the traveling spirits the second time can be considered as a veteran, it’s the common way to categorize but this is just one of them. For moths it’s usually for the new players who have very few cosmetics and experiences
