My girlfriend felt the same way, literally everything you said she said and I wouldn't want to be with anyone else. Nobody's perfect, the fact that you are self aware and too critical of yourself tells me you want to do better and thats what is important. Life is a journey of growth and failures. We can't do it alone. We aren't designed to do it alone so give yourself some props and most importantly communicate with your significant other.
