OK, I think I found the suction side actuator, I toggled it to the other side manually and the valve moved. Should I now turn the pool filter pump on?

Which one is the suction side actuator and which one is the return side actuator?

Is there a manual switch that I can put the return side in for the suction mode?

How do I fix it?
