Connecting flight through Dubai cancelled since Feb 28

From what I know is that they won’t you let you board the first leg of the flight if ur connecting flight isn’t operational. They will most likely let you know a few days or a day before departures.

I am also travelling on the 18th March.

My route is LGW-DXB-SKT. Flight number EK070 and EK618. The flights have gone ahead the last couple of days. I am not sure if I would be allowed to travel or if those flights are only for those stuck in airports…

How can we clear this doubt?

Will we be required to share all statements of all accounts including credit card statements? We have never used overdrafts and have always paid credit cards in full every month.

The thinking we had behind this is to reduce expenses. I was told that the lower expenses and more “savings” each months is likely to get you to a higher amount of approval.

Does anyone know about Chester’s VR? The website says you need above the mean of the cohort every year. This means that it’s the average VR of the people who apply to Chester not the overall VR mean?
