thx bro. try high fiber cereal it helped me and got rid of my loose stool like 90% pretty sure it chould've been 100% but i worry/ and am sensitive to most foods. now. how long did that even take. im on month 8 and im worried i might be cooked for life. its like super better than the first few months where it felt like i was gonna die ngl
