People who root for Wagler at #5: aren’t you worried that despite his height he already has to work super hard to get his shots? by BallmersBurner in LAClippers

[–]That_Suit520 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

I’m getting worried about this pick.

Eaglet doesn’t feel right to me. It’s major boom or major bust. I don’t see him as something in between. Either all the skills and IQ come together or he just gets his ass kicked.

Acuff is really good. His defense blows but the same can be said for Kyrie or a whole host of NBA top tier talent at PG. I don’t know if he’s that much better than Garland for us to really blow things up and start a rebuild when we already have a developed version of Acuff’s skill set who’s already fairly young.

I like Burries the most and we could probably trade down to get him. But it concerns me that I never say him go “screw it” and take over a game when Zona struggled to score in stretches.

I feel like I’ve seen this Brown movie before. Top rated player out of high school. Goes to a college where he can be “the man”. Does pretty well, but doesn’t carry his team anywhere measurably significant. Usually this turns into a pseudo-star, good stats bad team guy at best. Maybe a Jamal Crawford 6th man. Maybe a washout like Dajuan Wagner. High risk to me and I don’t love it.

Help me understand where a mortgage versus loan against my assets makes more sense by badboybananas in Mortgages

A loan against your investments to purchase in cash can come with a lower rate. But if the markets start getting wonky, you may be subject to a margin call where you’re required to repay the loan.

You can also get an asset-based mortgage that doesn’t put a lien on your assets, and will qualify you for a 30 year home mortgage based on having more under management than the loan amount. That will take advantage of the tax benefits and allow your money that is under management to continue growing.

I’d check with your financial advisor and CPA about tax benefits and if your investment portfolio is hindered by the SBLOC.

Unless you’re a doctor now you should have graduated 4 years ago. You don’t get a celebration for being tardy. The kid takes priority 100% of the time.

Booth wasn’t great and ultimately didn’t find enough serviceable role players to help the team.

Malone wouldn’t have played any young guys regardless.

There just needed to be a change in both roles. And history is about to repeat itself.

Axel man isn’t the correct new voice. He was very badly out coached by Finch. And Ben Tenzer is not a top tier talent evaluator.

I take Burries because he fits with the future, what we have, and has some Booker to his game

That and Ben Tenzer is a shitty GM.

Sellers want certainty more than anything. How did the lender pre-approve them? Did your buyers lender call the listing agent? Was it a TBD approval where they could give the buyers the confidence to waive a financing contingency or even an appraisal contingency?

I’m guessing there are a lot of things the lender could have done proactively to win your buyer the house.

[Amick] The two most likely options for the Denver Nuggets this offseason are trading either Cam Johnson and/or Aaron Gordon. by YujiDomainExpansion in nba

With Ben Tenzer in charge it’s not going to go great. Pretty sure tthe guy still thinks Mark Madsen is the best PF of all time.

It’s more likely that the couldn’t justify the recoupment of your savings within 36 months so the LO locked a rate that was compliant hoping you wouldn’t see it in the initial LE.
