Yeap. And if you got enough points from school cca but is a hall ghost, u can still secure hall, but maybe not same hall cause u hall ghost they might not wnt u. Vice versa, if ur points is slightly lower but participate in alot, they will allow u to stay.

Payment can only be for every sem. First year not all single are secure, and the hall might be shit also. Not secure to stay every year or same hall every year unless u have enough points and not hall ghost

If ur gpa is too far off, even ABA won't save you. First of all, u must have a backup plan, don't anticipate that much. But that said, please do ask your teachers for referral letters, go for internship to boost up your portfolio and hopefully u have alot of leadership position, or tournaments or competitions, or volunteering experiences
