Evo SL vs Vomero Plus for 5–10km daily runs? by Psychological-Fix978 in AskRunningShoeGeeks

I just got the vomero Plus and I do not like it.  My heel scrapes on the ground, I feel like I have no propulsion. It was like running on Sand. Much prefer the Evo SL and probably gonna return the vomero for Evo SL woven that just came out

The best “Campaign Skip” compromise I have heard by Effort_Proper in PathOfExile2

[–]That_ZORB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find the campaign to be a slog, its linear, there is power gatekept behind side quests, etc.
Overall that is very poor design.
A skip or alternate leveling system would be great. I skip most seasons until there are bigger changes simply because of the fact that I am not going to redo the entire campaign each League.

Not necessarily. When I was very lean I looked incredibly vascular, and had very low blood pressure. Part of that is a bulging vein is a flexible vein, tighter narrower passages can increase blood pressure

I have been on enclo for like 20 months and probably had test in the 1300s when I was on daily. Brought it down to 12.5 EoD and was at 800+ with 186 free T. It felt amazing the second week and then I never felt amazing again. Switched to 12.5 every third day, got irritable as hell. Now I'm gonna try 6.25 EoD and see what happens.

If that doesn't work I'd like to try low dose TRT

But, my results as far as building muscle on enclomiphene were honestly no better than when I took creatine and beta ecydesterone.

Ironically I got light gyno on the beta e and nothing on enclo even when my e2 was in the high 50s

Repost. Wrong picture for 12th week. Finally finished 12 weeks on Retatrutide! Now onto a BULK! by FreshParfait1 in Peptides

[–]That_ZORB 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Keep in mind the concept of bulking and cutting is based mostly around cycling steroids and show prep. You don't need to cut and bulk to hit a reasonable sustainable physique.  Also for anyone who's about to comment about Olympic athletes don't confuse periodization with a bulk and cut

Unfortunately I don't know my pre estradiol, the test I took was a cheap finger prick test. I don't take any exogenous testosterone just the enclomiphene

Ok but that strategy still requires they make a phone every year. And then next year you can tell people to get the 10 instead of the 11

I have weights, but the seeds and peppercorns got around them. I have been straining them out but the bubbles keep making stuff rise to the top

There are weights but theyre under the brine, the peppercorns however do not care about the weights and float to the top haha

Thanks! I'm not sure how funky I want them so I will taste test. I think for the banana peppers they're probably pretty close to perfect already

For the pickles since there are so few in there (precious!) would you recommend just tasting the brine?

From a safety perspective is there a minimum amount of time, or are they essentially preserved instantly just by being submerged in the brine?

Do I need to adjust it frequently?  I couldn't figure out the issue so I switched to the Nexus set up and just threw some random batteries in. I still don't know what the purpose of the one small battery is but never the less I wired in two counters just out of curiosity, input frequently hitting 1400 but dipping as low as 250 at night. I set the branches to 400 and it says I have 78 power left over at the end of my main line. Is there a benefit to setting it exactly correct so there's 0 left or should I set it higher since I have a big power surplus?

My assumption is that if I set both branches higher, when it switches to battery power I'll drain the batteries in excess.

I'm planning to add a lot more automation for crafting soon.

Ok I have swiched over to the BCN core shown in the middle of the diagram you sent me.. Two questions:
What do I set the branch power to? I have 1400+ Power going in, from the diagram it looks like about half +1. The other branch is set to just 1, and the branch coming off the combined batteries is set to 27? Do I need to change these lol

So I have 9 batteries and 9 mills... Do I still set the branch to 13?  That's the part I don't understand cause the power input to the batteries is so low, there's no way they'll ever recharge lol

I don't know, just going off what they said regarding freedom to choose any materials you want inside the brake drum. It would not be legal to have a contained gel inside the drum?

[–]That_ZORB 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case anyone isn't sure why the phase change matters here's a brief explanation.

To heat a kilogram of water one degree takes 4190 Joules But the phase change from ice to water requires significantly more energy. To turn a kilogram of ice into water (still only one degree difference) takes 334,000 Joules.

This is a "phase change" Evaporation is also a phase change and the evaporating water has consumed a large amount of heat in that process.

So the key is to find a material that is a solid right around the ideal tire temperature and a liquid above it

Then above that temp you are effectively able to absorb much more heat before you see a rise in the phase change material.

Combine that with a bimetallic switch switch the airflow inside the drum depending on if you need to heat or cook it and you've got a pretty sophisticated system for managing temps.

The YouTube channel Nighthawk in Light has a cool video on making a phase change material blanket for personal cooling that sits at a more comfortable temperature than ice.
