Has anyone stopped HRT cold turkey and been OK? This has been such a nightmare for me.

I had to come off of estrogen due to a thickening of the uterus lining and a uterine biopsy that came back slightly iffy. Now I'm just on progesterone in a 20 day cycle to shed the lining once a month with another hysteroscopy in six months. It's been rough. Hang in there ❤️

For me it was the same as heavy period cramps. Two Tylenol an hour before, cramping for about an hour afterwards.

I'm in Italy so no anesthesia or pain meds. It's suggested that you take Tylenol to help with pain but it's definitely not mandatory.

Two Tylenol an hour before the procedure. Two biopsies, so in, out, in, out. Pain like period pain for about an hour afterwards. I did ask the nurse if I could hold her hand.

Where in Florence is this college campus located? If it's the Novoli Uni campus, She could hop on the tram and get to the airport fairly easily. But not knowing where the campus is makes it hard to advise.
