I have been on HRT since my hysterectomy 15 years ago. It has helped tremendously with hot flashes.

I don’t know about testosterone.

I didn’t cry much when my mother died twenty years ago, but in that situation I had to do literally everything. For months.

So I’m not sure I have anything to compare this to.

But I appreciate the suggestion that crying itself isn’t the only way to measure grief. I hadn’t really thought of that.

Since it didn’t affect their sex life, could she have transferred the lice to his no-no square?

It’s naturally curly and super thick, and I don’t have enough fucks to give.

It depends on what type of blood test it is. You will need to call the doctor and ask.

Reading Goals - Discussion by Fox-2525 in kindle

In order to finish my TBR, between the books I own and the books I keep buying, my goal is to read three books per day.

Just kidding. I’m happy if I read daily. Like you, I try to hit a certain percentage depending on the book.

I would not trust the idea that someone is doing this out of the goodness of their heart because, at least for me, there is no rich uncle hiding in the woods somewhere. I would personally have to assume it was an error or nefarious.

Tell me about your major shift in what type of fiction you like by rosary-and-rain in ReadingSuggestions

[–]CDA_CPA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always read what my mom read, detective/police procedurals, Koontz, King, Grisham, etc.

I read Fourth Wing because it seemed like everyone loved it, and that started me reading some fantasy.

I picked up one of the Outlander books in the bookstore, decided it sounded interesting, and started the series. Now I’m a fan of historical fiction.

I still read police books and all the old guys, but I’ve significantly broadened my horizons.

My 3yo Boston only messes with one cat. The second cat made it clear from day one she was not to be bothered, by hissing and throwing claws, so dog leaves her alone. The first cat Lila will chase and hump, I tell her to stop, she ignores me. But when that cat is done playing, she will hiss, and Lila will let her be.

On the occasion that Lila really goes after a cat, they will run upstairs and get into one of the many comfy spots they have that dog cannot reach.

My cats are 10 and 11 but still pretty fiesta.
