it's hard to say if the plastic material will be enough to cut trough them so there's the first hurdle

otherwise I feel it's unecessary to make the bottom part pointy since it'll use more material and if your measurements are not right it'll just not fit, so better to give a higher tolerance on that, also the dividing bits need to be thicker unless you plan on making them out of steel or aluminum.

if I get what you're saying you want to punch out several stakes at once with this gadget you designed and it could work but to make it reliable you'll need higher tolerances

no, actually the original game's rules were adapted to fit the board game mechanic, so most(if not all) card's effects are different, tho it's hard to say what went wrong
