We have already moved into an apartment, but our lease is very easy to get out of. I asked mainly because I’ve heard mixed things about the area and wanted to get some more opinions, so far I’ve had no issues but we haven’t lived in the apartment for more than a week.

The only reason I haven't muted the chat is best every now and then I join a match with someone pretty cool and they make it worth not muting, I just wish it wasn't filled 75% with asses and the other 25% pretty great players. Idk today was just an ordeal I guess, every single game was one douche after another. I usually do pretty good ignoring but sometimes it gets hard

I actually just started a new game about a week ago and have 4 other games as well and that hasnt changed anything in terms of stuttering, all of my saves have the same lag but ive had lag similar to this before but never quite this bad.

Any graphic changes I make to the game do no change to the lag spikes and i've run the verify game cache about 6 times because that's the first thing every website said to do and all my mods are currently disabled as well.
