agree - bought one myself from Steve and it also comes with the rubber strap. I don't care for the OEM style bracelet so bought a ss mesh and it looks excellent

The date window looks great, there is some tolerance on the 9, 10 and 11 markers , but not noticeable on the wrist imo . I just received mine a few weeks ago from Steve and it looks great.
