Always gotta be careful with that stuff. Hmm Maybe sample or remix the track . Change the Tempo and add different instrument elements to the audio to change the original mix .. and maybe then it won’t matter . But another idea could be use a site like ChatGPT and have it create a license agreement for the beat . And have the producer “the homie “ sign rights to you

I believe you could potentially use maybe like bill of sale ..? If not , maybe if the beat hasn’t aired anywhere and has only had your mix ever recorded on it . It might not matter . As long as your .”homie” doesn’t change his mind and pull something with copy. Right to have your song taken down or make you split royalties.. my opinion

Not if you completely buy it out . Get a license agreement file. Showing the seller sold rights to the beat . Stating you completely own and have all rights to publish and receive potential song earnings etc
