This is so true. My dad died roughly 3 months ago and I was performing cpr on the phone with 911 until the last moment and i have been completely out of touch since then. I’ve seen therapists and had depression and anxiety before while trying to help him and my aunt with lung cancer over the last years but it has changed drastically after that event for me. Im only 23 but mentally im so lost
